Rory is incredible. Takes the time to explain everything, works very gently and is patient enough to answer all your questions. Was the best dental experience I have ever had. If anyone is nervous, he would be the best person to see. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. The team at the practice are all friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely dental practice and I would recommend it to everyone.

I recently had a check up & clean at the surgery, as well as guard fitted for grinding my teeth. The service & attention to detail is way about previous dentists i have visited. The clinic care about their patients, the check up was very detailed, my teeth are pretty good, but the surgery look at the longer term, early prevention will save money & difficult procedures at a later date. Highly recommend

I phoned the dentist on Tuesday to report a toothache that had been developing over the previous three days. I was given an appointment within a couple of hours and was pleasantly received by Victoria and her assistant. They put me at ease straight away and Victoria advised an extraction. The procedure was quick and virtually pain-free. Victoria then went through all of the precautions I needed to take following the extraction. I have taken her advice and I now have no discomfort at all in my mouth. Altogether a first-class service.

I recently underwent apicoectomy surgery at H Williams & Associates, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Initially, I was apprehensive about the procedure, but the professionalism and care demonstrated by Dr Mariana Alves Arriaga and the entire team put me at ease.

Dr Mariana Alves Arriaga took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience and made me feel confident in my decision to proceed.

During the surgery, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort I experienced. The team ensured that I was properly numbed, and I felt minimal discomfort throughout the process. Mariana was efficient and gentle, continually checking in with me to ensure I was feeling okay.

The recovery process was smoother than I expected. I received clear post-op instructions, and I appreciated the follow-up calls from the team to check on my progress. I had slight swelling, no bruising and very little pain which was manageable.

Overall, I am grateful for the exceptional care I received during my apicoectomy surgery. The team are very knowledgeable & compassionate.

My dentist Dr Punjabi is exceptional and I feel relaxed and confident in her care. The procedure is explained thoroughly and she makes constant checks regarding your well being throughout which is much appreciated.
