My crown had come loose and although the practice was really busy they put me on their cancellation list and rang me with an appointment within the hour, lovely, caring staff as always, would definitely recommend Church Street Dental!

The receptionists and the dentist are really friendly and helpful

Very pleased with the service. This was a new dentist for me.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the service provided - excellent in every way from the friendly, efficient receptionists to the dental nurse and dentist himself. I was called into the surgery by the dentist who asked me how I was and he expressed his concern when I related to him how much pain I was in from my jaw causing me to have sleepless nights. I was impressed with the manner in which on entering the surgery he invited me to sit down, took my handbag and placed it on a nearby chair. The dental nurse, meanwhile, was sat at the computer waiting to record the necessary details given to her by the dentist - smiled and spoke to me.
The planned treatment plan was abandoned and the dentist was flexible enough to turn his attention to determine the cause of my painful jaw. On examination he carried out diagnostic tests resulting in him referring me on and writing out a prescription for pain relief.
He then returned to the treatment plan and carried out the planned tasks which included exam, fillings and X-Rays - all carried out in a gentle, caring manner. The dental nurse assisted throughout providing me with safety glasses, water and tissues.
Treatment completed I thanked both of them and went downstairs to pay. The two receptionists - again, both of them pleasant and efficient attended to me before I left feeling well treated but realising that I hadn’t asked what name I should call the dentist something which I shall do on my next visit.
In conclusion I can say I would have no hesitation in recommending Church Street Dental Practice if asked.
