Excellent all round
Excellent service, missed my hygienist appointment because a change of shift and slept through alarm. Phoned and rebooked for today and slotted my check up straight after. Couldn’t fault the whole process and treatment. With Hannah it is always professional and thorough. Excellent all round.

Church Street Dental Practice - My experience
I always have a positive visit at this practice. Because I have become disabled recently I could not access the stairs. Despite saying this when I rang up l was asked to go upstairs. When I said I couldn't the nurse was put out and implied l was being awkward. I don't have an obvious disability which I don't expect to explain to everyone. I felt upset.

Very good experience, and I say this with a person who experienced lots of trauma when it comes to dental work as a child. I had extraction or retained root done and the level of discomfort during the treatment was minimal.
