Very warm and friendly

Very professional receptionist, but also very warm and friendly so you’re not just a number. But everyone there is the same. It’s why I still travel 27 miles for my checkup and hygienist every 6 months.

All good as usual, hygienist Emma was pleasant, and explained what she was doing, Tracy the receptionist was her usual friendly, efficient self. Waiting time minimal.
