The team at the practice are excellent, and everything from booking the appointment to receiving treatment was first class. I would highly recommend the service that the team provide.

Made to feel at ease
On both my visits I was made to feel at ease as staff talked me through what was happening and made me feel relaxed. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

I can't recommend the practice highly enough
As ever I was greeted on entering the practice by a friendly receptionist. Eilidh took the time to explain the treatment in a reassuring and professional manner. I’m always put at my ease by Eilidh and have every confidence in what she is doing. I can’t recommend the practice highly enough, while going to the dentist is not everyone’s idea of fun, going to Greenlaw never fills me with dread and that is down to the caring and professionalism of all the staff there.

That extra mile
I had been given a short notice appointment because I was starting chemotherapy the following day and required a quick check-up to ensure there are no issues that may need to be attended to whilst undergoing treatment. The practice was very helpful in providing this short notice appointment however on arrival it looks as though I had perhaps mixed up the dates but it was arranged for me still to be seen by a dentist who was able to give me my checkup and I could leave knowing that no treatment was required. They went that extra mile to help me out under the circumstances and I am very appreciative of this kind of service. It is a testament to the levels of service the practice delivers, thank you.

I am allergic to local anaesthetics so try to imagine how hard it is for Ms Craig DDS to treat major dental problems.
I am pleased to report that our friend and dental surgeon has accomplished the almost impossible task of repairing substantial defects over many years. Her father before her was also a marvelous magician at doing this task. It has not been easy for them to treat a problem patient like me but they have done so brilliantly. Thanks to you and your staff for all you kind help.

It has been a while since I have commented on the excellence of care at Greenlaw Dental Care. Trouble is there are so few adjectives or adverbs which adequately portray the quality of this team and practice. I have been with them since 1988, my wife for at least 2 generations before. Would I consider changing? No chance. When I am blessed with the best, why would I.
