Very pleasant and encouraging

Fiona was very pleasant and encouraging and explained everything she would do. Also gave clear advice on self-care. Didn’t hurt at all. I had been dreading the appointment but it was straightforward.

Emergency appointment

Scale and polish, Consultation

Dentist Ross explained everything I need to know regarding cosmetic work I would like done. Hygienist was understanding of my teeth sensitivity and made my scale and polish pain free. Friendly staff.

Not got a bad word to say about GDC, all the staff are very professional and friendly nothing is too much trouble for them. They explain whatever the procedure is going to take place, this in itself puts me at ease.
They have also been extremely accommodating with last minute appointments when I’ve needed them. Can’t praise the practice enough.

Just been treated with the highest level of care from the staff at this Dental Practice from the girls on the front desk, dental nurses and of course my Dentist Richard Alexander always manage to fit in an appointment for you at short notice. Had repair to a new denture today and Richard made sure l wasn't having any problems with it before I left. Brilliant!

Tooth removal

Can't say enough how welcoming the the practice dental nurse and receptions are at Greenlaw Dental Care. My first consultation was straight forward and I was put very much at ease by my dentist as he explained what was going to happen after I had discussed the issue I was having with my teeth.
On my return visit again very much put at ease and again full explanation of what the x-rays showed at the last visit and what was going to happen on this visit. Great practice, cant fault the team in any way and very informative all the way through the procedures.
