As a patient who has a fear of the dentist I can say that every visit I’m made to feel at ease . Had quite a bit of work done and no issues at all - would recommend Greenlaw practice.

Root Removal

Eilidh explained why she was removing the root and put me at my ease before and during the procedure, which she carried out flawlessly. I was also given an information pack and general advice on what to do afterwards. As every I left very happy at the way the treatment was carried out, 10 out of 10 to all the staff from the moment I arrived, till I left.

Excellent dentist

The process from booking the appointment through to having the check up was effortless. Excellent dentist and super friendly attentive staff, always a pleasure to attend if you can say that about dental treatment.

Delayed by accident on road. Police diverted traffic 10 mile detour left me struggling to get to appointments on time . Phoned practice and was given a sympathetic response. When I arrived nothing was a problem.
Had a hygienist session which left teeth feeling great. Hygienist and assistant in great form again.
Then moved on to dentist for check up. Was asked if I had any problems. Told dentist I had a rough bit on one tooth which she dealt with in double quick time. Feels great. The dentist also took X-rays to check roots of my teeth.
Great experience all round. Thanks.

Amazing service got took as a patient as an emergency for kot being at the dentist for over 10 years was quite nervous 8 fillings and a tooth out didn't feel a thing was in safe hands so to speak 😄lol

Great care from a dentist

Needed a replacement filling, replaced. All done with no antistatic needed as Eilidh is an excellent dentist.
Also feels like things are back to normal after covid.

I was very impressed from my first visit to this practice with Richard and his lovely staff. Everything was explained in detail about the procedure I was having and what to expect. Everyone is very caring and friendly which puts you at ease as soon as you enter the modern practice. I was given an aftercare package to deal with any uncomfortable effects from my treatment with instructions that covered any symptoms that might occur. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing any dental treatment.

Outstanding! The practice is modern with the latest technology but they have remembered at the heart of the practice is the patient or as they put it a person. I had my check-up they had teeth whitening. The results are great and I am very grateful for their professionalism.
