Always a pleasure to visit my dentist despite the fact that as going to the dentist goes it's not my favourite thing. I've been treated at this practice for many years and have always been welcomed by friendly faces in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. A truly family practice abreast of the most recent developments in dentistry. No matter what procedures I have to have I have complete confidence and know they will guide me through and put me at my ease.

Unhappy with lack of information on new costs
After a 3 year wait to see a Hygienist I was really pleased when I got an appointment although I had to wait for several weeks after my dental checkup. I was happy until I got to reception after the appointment to be told that I owed £65. Any time I have had this treatment before it was significantly less (less than £20) I was then informed that since 'Covid' this treatment is only available privately. This was never told to me before the appointment and was a bit of a shock. Thankfully, I was able to afford this but it could be very embarrassing if someone is struggling for money, especially in the current climate.

Repair for an old man
Was glad the surgery was able to accommodate me as I thought I had a serious broken tooth issue.
Ross quickly assured me that it was more wear and tear - a quick intervention and all was quickly repaired.
