Saw Ross as Eilidh on holiday. What a nice lad who explained everything fully and put my mind at rest. He was so patient and understanding.
Only fly in the ointment is that I can’t get a further appointment with Eilidh until 5 November! Thought being on Denplan might have allowed for an earlier appointment but am now on cancellation list so fingers crossed.
