Thank you for your feedback. We do require all medical forms updated at the beginning of each new course of treatment however when do understand that clinipads can be too much for some. We have paper forms available at reception if needed so please feel free to ask for one as an alternative next visit.

For the question relating to cost I’ve rated this one star as I’m on a Denplan.
I was very satisfied with my appointment today. Both the hygienist and her assistant were welcoming, friendly and highly professional in their manner and the way in which I was treated.
During the treatment, the hygienist kept me informed as to what they were going
to do. The treatment was carried out professionally and I felt comfortable with requesting a break when required.
All in all a pleasant visit.

Appointment to repair broken filling was arranged at short notice. Dealt with quickly and effectively by Nicole, who I hadn’t met before. She was very pleasant and helpful, correctly suggesting that there was no need for an injection.

A perfectionist

Great practice. Ross is very professional and a perfectionist. I can normally feel anxious at the dentist but he talks through everything and makes you feel very comfortable, couldn't recommend enough.
