The reception staff were courteous, helpful and friendly.
The dental staff were professional, considerate and excellent at communicating what treatment they felt was necessary, why, the procedure involved and the cost. Would recommend the practice without hesitation.

Talked me through the whole procedure

Had an appointment today with Richard for prep for new veneers and crowns. Was a long appointment but Richard and Lynds made the time go in quickly with their chat and jokes. Richard talked me through the whole procedure and reassured me when needed. Their professionalism is second to none and I’m very happy with their work so far.

Treated with dignity and respect

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist. The staff from the beginning to the end made me laugh and feel at ease. They were absolutely lovely, and incredibly professional. Couldn't ask for anything more. Also felt involved in discussions around my dental care, treatments and treated with dignity and respect. A very person centred approach so thanks Eilidh and the team.
