The first visit to any new dentist can be daunting - but the staff at the practice were so welcoming from the minute I stepped through the door which immediately put me at ease. Sharon, the dentist, was so calm and friendly. She explained everything she was doing and made a very stressful time much less so.
I would definitely recommend this practice.

Where do I start with Greenlaw.
From the moment I entered the surgery around 10 years ago, I was met with the warmest and friendliest welcome. From the reception staff to the dental team, I cannot recommend Greenlaw Dental Care enough.
I have never felt so listened to and looked after at a dentist as I do with Greenlaw. My dentist has consistently been Richard but I can see other dentists if Richard isn’t available as they are so flexible and try to accommodate you as best as they can.
Richard is very personable and understands everything I talk to him about. He knows me and my dental history very well and does everything possible to ensure the best and healthiest outcome for my dental visits. Nothing is too much for him or his team and he talks me through everything that he does. He has done this from the moment I became his patient as it was something I asked for to happen as I used to get anxious around dental visits. He is very professional, calm and reassuring and I cannot thank him enough for all the successful dental work he has done for me over the years.
I feel at ease as soon as I walk into the reception of Greenlaw and everyone is so kind, calm and patient. Nothing is ever too much and every question and conversation is met with understanding and is non-judgemental which I think is hard to come by in some establishments these days.
Thank you Greenlaw for making your dental practice feel like a place you can go to, feel at ease and always come out with the best possible outcome. You are some team!

I am full of praise for my experience, first in ten years, with Greenlaw this morning. I was apprehensive, not of the process, but of my teeth that I had neglected for so long; I needn’t have been, from reception to Rebecca the dentist and her colleague, I was treated wonderfully. I am so relieved and grateful. I have a follow-on appointment 31 October which I will look forward to - thank you all.

First dental appointment with Greenlaw Dental Care and I’m very pleased with the treatment I received. Sharon was friendly and reassuring, as were the reception staff.

I suffer from Parkinson's which makes it more difficult for the dentist to carry out the consultation. Ross approached it with sensitivity and patience.

10/10 treatment, made me feel very comfortable before and during my treatment. Also gave me good advise to help with the healing process.
