Efficient but thorough

Have been going to Greenlaw and seeing Richard for dentistry pretty much as long as I remember. Staff are always friendly and visits are always efficient but thorough. Can't imagine going anywhere else - even though I've now moved out of Paisley!

A comfortable experience

Warm and friendly reception from both hygienist and dental assistant. Hygienist explained thoroughly what was going to happen as well as any treatment to be given. Time between work and rest periods were well timed and paced appropriately. The hygienist checked that the process to be carried out was understood and agreed on, asking if there were any allergies before starting the procedure. Friendly greeting by dentist who again explained in a clear way procedures to be undertaken. All in all the experience made me feel comfortable and able to ask any questions.
