New dentist

This was our first appointment with Greenlaw Dental Care. We recently moved from our old dentist because we had lost confidence in the care provided. Rebecca and her team this morning were fantastic with my 7 year old and myself. As soon as we entered the treatment we automatically felt at ease.
I would highly recommend this practice and I’m pleased we decided to move to this practice.

Very welcoming atmosphere, everyone is very kind and the dentist is very forthcoming with what they are doing and will happily take the time to explain to you. Any work I have had done was completed very efficiently.

Annual Check-up

I was sent a reminder well in advance and agreed an appointment time. On the day I was seen by Ross punctually and the examination was completed efficiently. Ross gave a full explanation of what the examination would cover and post the examination, provided sound preventative advice. All round a very good experience.

New crown fitted.

The first appointment took an hour to prepare the area after my tooth split while cleaning. The second appointment only took 15 minutes to fit the crown.

Ross is so friendly and puts me at ease even though I am petrified! He calmed me down and chats to me. This morning he showed me my X-rays and explained everything to me and also showed me how to floss my teeth properly. I didn’t know I had been doing it wrong all those years. Thank you Ross.
