On arrival at the surgery,I was shown into the waiting room,where I only had to sit for a couple of minutes till I was called , Richard asked me what my problem was and then after explaining briefly to me he proceeded to treat it ,and what seemed only a few minutes he said that he had finished

My hygienist appt was cancelled due to illness but Greenlaw phoned v promptly in the am and I was well aware before the appt time. I kept my dental check up appt and the practice rescheduled my missed appt. All very efficiently.
