Hygienist Appointment

Always nervous at the thought of freezing cold water being jetted into my teeth.
This time my experience was quite positive by the hygenist appreciating my nervousness.
I am delighted by the effect on my teeth which feel great.

Friendly and professional manner

As ever I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner, and this extended to the treatment which was explained to me in terms I can understand.
I can’t recommend Eilidh and the staff highly enough.

The most gentle dentist

My dentist, Sharon, is always so friendly and makes me feel at ease. She's the most gentle dentist I've ever been to. I would recommend her to anyone who feels nervous about going to the dentist.

Friendly and welcoming approach

All staff were professional in their work. All stages were explained clearly. Their friendly and welcoming approach put me at ease and I quickly relaxed allowing the procedures to take place without any worries.

Clear Aligners

Mr Alexander (& his colleague) did his best to make me feel at ease and explained every step throughout. Appointment was to fit the aligners including filing some teeth to create space and gel to hold them in place. It's a lot of money but the outcome will be very satisfying. Appointment was an hour and this was exactly how long I was in there.

A pleasure

I never look forward to dental visits. Just in case my teeth and gums need treatment but as usual smiling faces greeted me, the staff reassured me and made me welcome. Outcome is no treatment needed and a request to make another visit. Just to keep an eye on oral health. Thanks everyone.

Fantastic service

Filling came off over the festive period and required a replacement. Contacted the surgery and was seen within 90 minutes as they had a cancellation. My dentist Ross was excellent as always, and had the treatment completed within 30 minutes. Fantastic service. Many thanks to Ross and Greenlaw Dental Care.

Cannot fault anything

I had my 3-monthly hygienist check-up with Kat which was the first time with her. I cannot fault anything, what a welcoming, gentle and caring person. I really want my future 3-month check-ups with Kat because she was so helpful and gave great advice about mouth care with a fixed retainer.

Delighted that my tooth was saved

Phoned at 09:00 looking for an appointment to repair a broken tooth. I live in Largs and was given an appointment for 10:00. My tooth was successfully repaired. Also checked my impression for new dentures. Could not have asked for a better service and I was delighted that my tooth was saved.
