Service received is first-class
As always, today's visit was one of friendly banter prior to the examination, this is great for relaxing me. The examination was carried out in a very professional manner identifying that I required one small filling and an appointment was quickly agreed upon. Having been a patient of this practice for more than 40 years I can honestly say that I enjoyed my visit as all the staff are polite and friendly and the service received is first-class. The surgery itself is bright with a friendly atmosphere.

Hygienist & Short noice visit
Due to an issue with an implant Richard went out of his way to see me at short notice & both reassured me on the situation and made a temporary solution. Also visit to the Hygienist (Katie) who carried out my appointment with care.
Can’t praise the staff highly enough & would have no hesitation in recommending the practice to anyone.

Fillings and clean
I’ve always been so scared going to the dentist. Legs get weak and have palpitations on the way there. Anyone who has a fear of the dentist will know what I feel. I have been attending with Nicole Burns. Lovely lady who really puts you at ease and understands when her clients are anxious. She talks through everything she is going to do and has such a calming voice and is gentle in nature. This on its own helps to alleviate my fear and makes me feel more at ease.
