Reassured me

I'm not great with dentist visits but Sharon is great at her job so I felt in good hands which is a big thing for me as I have a fear of the dentist so thanks Sharon.
Sore but Sharon was great and reassured me with everything she was doing.

Not sure what treatment I got

I have been coming to the practice for many years and never had a problem with the treatment that I received until my last treatment as I was under the impression that I was to get a crown I was shocked when I looked at my teeth that I was left with a stump where my tooth used to be. When I questioned the dentist, she told me that is what I get under the NHS, I do not find this acceptable and this was not explained to me that I would be left with a black stump, hopefully this will be rectified at my next appointment.

Thank you for your feedback. As a practice, we always strive for the highest level of service. Unfortunately, some of the NHS regulations are prohibitive in relation to the colour of filling that you can have in certain teeth which is out with our control. As you mentioned, you have another appointment where we can hopefully look at your other options.

Put at ease immediately

My first time attending the practice and as a nervous patient I was put at ease immediately. All the staff were extremely friendly.

As usual, the same great service. The ladies in reception are always so friendly and helpful and Sharon my dentist is wonderful, very caring and gentle - I have never felt any discomfort while having any dental work done.

A really super job

As usual at Greenlaw, you are welcomed and taken on appointed time. The receptionists tell you exactly where to go and Ross does a really super job in explaining what is needed to be done and why. All the assistant staff are also excellent.

No pain at all

Thanks to the excellent root canal treatment previously, no pain at all. Ross kept me informed during the whole procedure.
Told me exactly what he was doing and why it had to be done. Helpful and cheerful staff.
