Arrived on time, sat in the comfortable waiting room and was called within minutes. Carefully checked gums for chaffing and lower dentures slightly buffed to remove slight ridge. All done within 10 minutes and look forward to next year's visit.

Really good at putting me at ease
I have always been really nervous about going to the dentist ever since I was young when I used to wake up after being given gas and having my teeth withdrawn. So ever since then, I have dreaded going. But ever since I have been seeing Kathleen I am not feeling nervous of going anymore. She is a lovely girl and is really good at putting me at ease.

Tooth infection
Richard treated my tooth as I had a really bad tooth infection which had flared up quickly. I was in so much pain that I arrived facing him in tears. He treated me so kindly, that I was in more tears!! The pain was immense and I’d say it was a 9/10 on that scale. I travel from East Kilbride to get dental treatment as I hold Richard in such regard as a dentist. I would rate my treatment higher than “very good”, if that was possible. Huge thanks to Richard and all the lovely staff, as always.

I was worried about visiting initially, as I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and my teeth were not in good condition and causing issues with self esteem…the dentist identified treatment required and implemented a treatment plan which I am now nearly at the end of, treatment has been pain free and I am glad I began the process.

Help with complications after wisdom teeth removal
Richard and staff were very thorough when helping me after receiving wisdom teeth surgery done at the dental hospital. They were very reassuring and went over and above as always. They made sure that I was well informed and cared for making me comfortable and relaxed with talking through what they were doing and even taking the time to check up on me the following day. When other issues arose due to other medical services Richard and the team were more than supportive and accommodating. I cannot say enough to praise them and how grateful I am to them during a very anxious time for me.
