Booked my appointment on line - simple and straightforward. Was able to complete admin forms online at my own convenience in advance, thus saving time during appointment. Polite and helpful reception staff. Good systems meant little waiting time. Dentist thorough and reassuring. Clean and pleasant environment. Excellent service all round.

Very relaxed

After years of not going to the dentist, I finally started going back, to begin with, I was very nervous and apprehensive but Ross makes the appointments very relaxed and I now don't have an issue with going to the dentist.

Best appointment I have ever had

Just back from my appointment with Sharon and Marianne, the girls are lovely, very caring and they kept me occupied with chat while constantly checking I was okay. Will be back in 2 weeks for the final appointment. Very good at what they do with professionalism and care.

Emergency appointment.

Old filling broke off and left sharp edges. The matter was dealt with very quickly and painlessly the next day. I am very pleased with treatment that I received today. Also, the cost was covered by the Dentiplan.
