Two crowns
The process went well except for the delay in obtaining the crowns from laboratory which had holiday absence. However, Sharon and her assistant were very attentive, including having to replace the temporary crowns, probably contributed to by the above-mentioned delay. Nevertheless, I am delighted with the fit and comfort of the permanent crowns, resulting from the care taken by the two ladies.

Great experience
Been terrified from going to the dentist since I was a child.
But my experience so far from Greenlaw Dental Care has been a breath of fresh air.

Made me feel at ease
Been to the hygienist in past and found them a bit brutal putting me off going back but on my first visit at this practice it was a different story, she was so nice, made me feel at ease.

Hardly felt a thing
I’ve only recently registered with this practice and I’m so glad I did. Sharon and her dental assistant just inherently made me feel not just relaxed but welcome as well, I’m terrified of dentists, particularly the injection and dread it but I don’t know what Sharon did differently to my previous dentist because I can honestly say I hardly felt a thing. I can’t say I’m no longer afraid of visiting the dentist but it’s definitely lessened my fear a bit. Thank you!

Amazing practice
I have been with this practice for over 6 years now. My dentist is Ross and he is the nicest dentist anyone could ever hope to have. I’m not the most relaxed of patients but from day 1 of meeting Ross he has always put me at ease, he is so kind and gentle, he is friendly and really takes the time to get to know you, he explains everything he needs to do in such a way that you are not worried and you know you are in safe hands. You know you can trust him and I couldn’t be happier in his care.
The whole practice, in general, is such a relaxed and happy place to be, the atmosphere is always good and every member of staff iv ever met could not be nicer, it’s just such a pleasure to attend this dental surgery and I never thought I would hear myself say that about going to the dentist but now honestly do not “dread” my dentist appointments the way I have in the past.

Root Treatment
After a bad experience in the past, I was very nervous to revisit the dentist. Eilidh saw me and despite trying to take care of my teeth, I did need root treatment. I felt sick at the thought however she was very friendly but professional and took the time to reassure me. I have nearly completed my whole treatment plan now and although I’m still a bit jittery going in, the actual treatments have been nothing like I feared. The dental nurse who assists Eilidh is also so lovely and never do I feel rushed or ignored. The girls at the reception are also so helpful with appointments times. I’d like to thank them all , I never say much but I do appreciate the kindness shown to me.
