Emergency visit.
For the first time in 67 years I had toothache! I was invited in for an emergency visit and ended up having to have a wisdom tooth removed. It was totally painless!

Friendly, Supportive Dentists
Everyone was brilliant and patient with my 18-month-old. Ross took the time to answer all of our questions. This practice is just made up of lovely people, no matter the role everyone is friendly, helpful and approachable. I've been a member of this practice my whole life (since before it was called Greenlaw) and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Personalised, high quality, and reassuring. I've always had complete faith in Richard and his work.
If all other clinicians had Richard's ability, and his interpersonal skills and approach, things would be a lot better.
If visiting a dentist was the equivalent of listening to your local pub band, then having Richard as your dentist would be jamming with Pink Floyd!

I have no issues at all with this dental practice. Everyone is always so friendly, nice and very professional. My dentist Ross always does such a good job and in fact I always recommend Ross and the practice to anyone I hear looking for a dentist. First class practice that I cannot praise enough.

First-class service from start to finish
Visiting the dentist is never going to be a 'fun' experience but Greenlaw Dental Care makes it the best it could possibly be in the circumstances. Pleasant welcome from reception staff, a wee chat with the dental nurse on the way to the consulting room and then a bit of blether with Ross the dentist while getting into the chair. Very calming environment, great explanation on dental treatment/options (and costs). I never feel rushed. Staff are genuinely engaged with patients to ensure good outcomes.

I joined this practice because the reviews were great. I can only say that my experience has been nothing less than 5 star. Nicole is an amazing dentist and did a great job of explaining everything to me before any procedures were carried out. This really helped with my fear. I would definitely recommend.
