Going to the dentist here is always a good experience and hey, let's face it, who wants to go to the dentist? But Greenlaw always makes it a pleasure and never a chore, I have always been treated well and have always been able to get a suitable appointment, I usually have Sharon as my dentist who is really nice and has a good sense of humour and a good relaxed calming manner which always helps.

Broken tooth repair
Thank you to Ross for repairing a broken front tooth. My usual dentist was busy, so Ross stepped in. Lovely man, very informative, and I’m delighted with the result. Given how busy things are for dentists, I was very grateful to get prompt attention. Thank you Ross it was a pleasure to meet you, as much a pleasure as it can be given it was a trip to the dentist. I’m very happy with the way I’m treated by the folks at the practice.
On this occasion I arrived just before my appointment time and had to wait a while - not sure how long but recon at least 20 minutes- would it not be possible to give an indication as to how far behind schedule the dentist is when you arrive?
The date of my next appointment is reasonable.

Considerate, understanding Dentist
Ross is just lovely, and puts me at ease with my bit of anxiety, always making sure you are okay and reassuring you, explains everything that he's doing and what treatment may be needed. I highly recommend Ross to anyone looking for a kind, considerate, understanding Dentist.
On entering from the receptionist's to the dental nurses they are all lovely and keep you updated re your appointment.

Both the hygienist, Kathleen and her assistance, Shannon, were welcoming and friendly, putting me at ease.
Kathleen explained what she was going to do. I felt comfortable with interrupting the procedure if I needed to, however Kathleen’s method of working meant I didn’t have to interrupt her too often.
I was appreciative of the advice given on use of brushes and floss to reach difficult parts of my teeth.
All in all me experience was a very good one.

I've had a total fear of the dentist for over 15 years due to a previous bad experience. I met Richard two years ago when I broke a tooth and needed emergency dental care. Since then he has gained my Trust taking things one step at a time. Today I was able to undertake the first part of getting a crown with just some oral sedation. It was completely painless and I have Richard to thank for this. The whole team have been so welcoming and professional towards me and my family and I would like to thank them all very much indeed. 😊
