New Patient Checkup

Although I was a bit nervous before attending the surgery for the first time, reception staff made me feel welcome. Eilidh immediately made me feel relaxed and explained everything clearly. I feel reassured that I will be well looked after, and I am happy that I am now a client of Greenlaw Dental Care.

Excellent as always

Ross was excellent as always, I am quite anxious and he always checks in on me to make sure I am doing ok and to let me know we can stop if I need a breather. Gives me advice at every appointment with regard to oral hygiene and how to keep my teeth and gums as healthy as possible. I thoroughly recommend Ross and the whole practice.

First-class

Obviously, this was a big procedure. The treatment and the support were first-class. I was talked through what was happening at each stage and this helped to ease any anxiety. I was also given an aftercare plan, including the practice checking I was ok.

I needed some small fillings

I have been with this practice more years than I will admit to and have always found the Staff very caring and they make you feel welcome as soon as you go in. Nothing is any bother to them. Would highly recommend them for any treatment.

An emergency fix with fantastic care

The joy of visiting Greenlaw is the care and attention - it’s all about whole mouth health. They offer the best options and treatment plans to keep your mouth and teeth as healthy and strong as they can be for as long as possible. This visit was triggered when I broke a part of an old repaired tooth and, while it wasn’t too sore, I could see it would become bothersome; an appointment was found within a few days and the actual repair was done expertly and painlessly in 15 minutes. I heartily recommend Richard and everyone else in the practice. You’ll get expert treatment and a friendly, kind and considerate experience.

A very relaxing experience

Ross made it a very relaxing experience, made you feel at ease and was very informative in what he was about to do and the results for future treatment at the end of my appointment. I was also made aware of alternative treatments that was on offer.
