Dr Shreya and her assistant were amazing. They put me thoroughly at ease as I was very apprehensive about the procedure. They were both very kind and Dr Shreya explained what was going to happen. The receptionists were very approachable too. From booking the appointment to checking me in at the clinic when I arrived. It was very straightforward and everything was explained to me. The surgery was immaculate.

I was referred to this dentist for an extraction which I was not looking forward to as I've had some bad experiences in the past. I have angina and I arrived this morning anxious, but I needn't have been. The whole experience was absolutely the best from start to finish! The receptionists were very welcoming, the surroundings are very calm, bright and spotless, and the dentist was amazing, taking his time to explain everything and making sure I was calm before going ahead with the procedure. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had with an extraction. It was completely painless and over so fast even with stitches being put in, I was amazed that the whole procedure took less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who is nervous or even just looking for an excellent dentist.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had.
All the staff here are absolutely incredible. I had my NHS wisdom tooth extraction done at this practice, and the communication throughout was excellent — clear reminder messages before the appointment, efficient phone calls, and genuinely friendly interactions.
The clinic itself is very clean, calm, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.
On the day of my extraction, my dentist Naz and her assistant Monisa were exceptionally kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain each step clearly and helped calm my nerves completely. The extraction was incredibly quick and completely painless — the entire procedure took around 10 minutes.
I was truly impressed by the level of care and professionalism. This practice is a real gem, and I’m very grateful to all the staff and the NHS team here.

I had an extraction of an upper back right tooth. The procedure itself was far from pleasant, but the dentist was good.
I wasn’t given any pain relief afterwards and, despite having had a local anaesthetic, the pain was quite severe and I felt the need for immediate pain relief as soon as the ordeal was over. Unfortunately you are not given anything! I would have appreciated being told in advance to bring strong paracetamol and ibuprofen to take straight after, as nothing is provided.
The journey home felt very long when you’re in that much pain.
