I’m an extremely nervous person having a wisdom tooth taken out on an emergency referral, so not my normal practice. The receptionist was polite, professional, informative and helpful. Once in the consultation room, the dentist and colleague was patient, explained everything, they didn’t make me feel rushed and was lovely even with my panicking.
Everything was explained and went well. I’m more than happy with the way things went. Thank you

Absolutely pain free
I had an extraction and hardly felt the injections. When it came to the actual extraction, I could not believe it was done and never felt a thing. No pressure, no pain, nothing. Absolutely pain free.

Today's procedure went very well. On time too. My only criticism was that Iwas asked to complete some information the day before the procedure. There was space for me to ask questions. I asked if I should stop taking painkillers and not to eat on the morning of my procedure. I did not get any response.

It was my first time pulling a tooth out so I was scared but the dentist made sure I was comfortable then began doing their job. At first it was a bit sensitive but they gave me reassurance and talked to me throughout the process and in a few minutes it was out. I was so excited, they did a very excellent job.

I must say the fastest root canal i have ever got done.
I did not feel any pain through the procedure.
he just made it look so easy. I was very nervous actually coming.

A very friendly and welcoming practise. The receptionists are approachable and also communicate well with other staff members from what I observed. I was made to fail at ease upon arrival with both the receptionists and my dental team
My dentist and dental assistant were attentive and paid a lot of attention to detail when it came to explaining next steps
I have not had a good experience with dentists historically. I'm happy to share a positive one - especially post-covid - with anyone who requires a dentist that is not intimidating and will make feel as comfortable as they are able
(fun fact: they nearly got 4 stars: the Xmas music was a lot 😅)
