Reassured me throughout
Was really nervous about attending the dental practice but was made to feel at ease from the time I entered the reception area. I must applaud the dentist who extracted my tooth. She was excellent. I don’t remember her name but she worked in room 4 on Monday 15 September at 10am. She reassured me throughout the procedure with her gentle voice and absolutely put my mind at rest. Constantly asked me if I was comfortable and that she would stop if it got uncomfortable for me at any time. I actually left the dentist feeling great after a tooth extraction. Amazing.

I never had a good experience when visiting a dentist but I would say my fear went away after coming to this clinic my dr was very nice and very good at her job she so professional thru out the whole process’s I really appreciate this clinic for saving my beautiful smile

I was referred to this practice by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction and whilst it’s not a pleasant procedure to go through I was really happy with the whole experience. I am a very anxious patient and have had poor experiences in the past with dentists. I don’t know the name of the dentist and assistant who treated me, I was in room 3 upstairs but they were both very kind, patient and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the practice and being informed on what was happening throughout the procedure. They both also checked to see how I was doing throughout the appointment multiple times and offered to allow pause for a moment at anytime.
