Clear and concise
The service I received from both the administrative staff and the dental practitioners at Hazelwood was excellent - both in efficiency and professionalism.
As I requested a cancellation appointment, the staff were very attentive and responsive to my need.
The treatment was such high quality and the information I was given ahead of the procedure was clear and concise for me to make the decision that was right for me.
The surgery is also beautifully maintained.

Went on Monday 11th August to have 3 teeth removed. I suffer with dentist anxiety and nearly didn't attend as I was having a major panic attack. As soon as I was called in the lady Dentist put me a ease and was constantly talking to me about everyday life so it took my mind off of the surgery.

Was referred here for a tooth extraction. I normally find it a horrible experience and I felt so comfortable I didn't even notice that the broken tooth was out until the guy showed me, it took less than half hour, the only thing that hurt was the 3 injections. The staff are really pleasant and the reception is clean and welcoming and the surgery 3 I was in upstairs was clean and tidy

I was trembling when I went in there because I was going to get a root pulled out that my dentist struggled to get out which was very uncomfortable. I went in and was out in 15mins No pain whatsoever, I didn’t even feel the injection! i’m still scratching my head over how easy it was! Seriously, I don’t know what the dentist name is but he was a black guy and I would go there again if I ever had a really bad tooth to take out.

I was referred by my dentist to Hazelwood dental practice for a root canal . I arrived at the reception and was greeted with a smile by their very professional and filled my consent form. Was told to wait and soon was called to go up. The dentist explained to me what the procedure was for a root canal and she made sure I was pain free and kept topping up with aesthetic.The dentist was wonderful and very professional. This is not the first time I have used this dental practice and every time I have been amazed by their staff and standards. Thank you for everything
