The practice itself was very good. They attended to me immediately even though I was early. The diagnosis and opinion were quick and efficient and the receptionist was courteous and helpful. I needed no treatment at this time.
However it was necessary to drive to the practice as I live near St Albans and there is no public transport service that goes there for me. Traffic in the area was a Nightmare and there is NOwhere to park so my husband had to just drive round and round until I came out. The whole car journey to and from the practice from the motorway was hell and I hope I never have to do it again.

Extraction
I had a friendly and pleasant experience at Hazelwood Dental Practice. Do not feel rushed in explanations and feedback on my particular tooth conditions. Glad too that my tooth extraction this morning was pain free. All in all a pleasant experience.

Comfortable and relaxed
Had 2 teeth extractions today by a one of the lovely female dentists ( i didn’t get her name). Made me feel really comfortable and relaxed which made it a very good experience for me.

Care was taken to ensure I was at ease and happy with each action taken.
The treatment plan was also well explained and discussed so that I understood the options and was given the opportunity to decide what was best for me.

I had a root canal treatment earlier today, and I have nothing but praise for my experience. My dentist was calm and competent, and I felt very relaxed throughout the whole procedure. I felt no pain whatsoever. Very highly recommended
