All went well from reception to my extraction. Natuarlly I was a bit apprenhensive but the dentist was reassuring and explained the procedure and possible side effects. The extraction involved some tugging and pulling but it was over sooner than I expected.

Excellent and professional team

Very polite and accommodating
My daughter was referred to this dental practice. Before our visit, I spoke to the receptionist over the phone, and she was very polite and accommodating. When we arrived, the same person I had spoken with was very welcoming and very friendly. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care my daughter was receiving. The practice itself was very clean and well-maintained, and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this practice to others. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant
The young lady dentist who treated me was absolutely brilliant. Polite, friendly and very efficient. She removed 2 teeth in record time. I was totally amazed at her speedy service.

Reception desk are friendly and patient. As someone who has had stressful experiences at the dentist I have so far found my experiences with the dentists at Hazelwood to be calm, positive and not rushed. I no longer have a feeling of dread when going to the dentist.

A fantastic experience
My mother had a fantastic experience at this dental practice. The receptionist was professional and helpful. The dentist, I believe her name was Naz, was excellent. My mum had to have an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. She was referred by her own dentist and who marked it as urgent. We expected a 5 week wait but within a few days, Hazelwood Dental Practice had called us to arrange an appointment. The appointment itself went far more smoothly than we had expected. On previous occasions, at other dentists, my mum had experienced a lot of pain. Naz, the dentist at Hazelwood, ensured my Mum had sufficient anaesthesia. She double checked and when she began to remove the tooth she was very patient and respectful. Mum did not feel any pain, especially compared to the past awful experiences she had had elsewhere. We cannot say thank you enough.
