Dr Muhammad Ali is outstanding, no doubt about it. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly atmosphere helped me feel welcome, while Dr Ali’s calm manner and reassuring explanations immediately eased my concerns.
His assistant, whose name I unfortunately don’t know, was a lovely lady who was very caring and helpful throughout.
They both answered all my questions, checked in with me throughout, and provided exceptionally gentle, attentive care at every stage. The procedure took just seven minutes (!) and was completely painless—so quick and effortless that, had I known, I would have asked my cab to wait for return :) I am extremely grateful that the practice is open seven days a week until 10pm, making urgent care accessible at a convenient time.
I left feeling deeply relieved and confident that I had been in excellent hands.

I needed an emergency dentist as I was in pain and away from home, and Pearl offered that service and the ability to book online.
I was seen at the booked time by a very pleasant dentist and hygienist. He took care over assessing the situation and provided good advice as to the way forward.
The appointment etc was not overly expensive and, after following the dentist’s advice, I have the problem under control.

Excellent dental hygiene treatmen! I had an appointment with the dental hygienist, including Airflow cleaning for all my teeth and targeted ultrasonic tartar removal. Everything was excellent, and the receptionist was very friendly.

I trust Haider Wadi completely. Always takes his time to explain what needs to be done and why. Very caring individual

Was seen at very short notice for a cracked tooth and swollen tongue / ulcer which was very painful. Dr Haider removed the tooth and the pain has subsided. He clearly advised what needed to be done immediately and what other steps were needed to get my dental care back on track which I know I have neglected. Much appreciated!!

I booked an emergency appointment on a Saturday evening as my usual dentist wouldn’t be open until Monday. I was seen very quickly, by Dr Ismail Sheikh the service was professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable.

I recently attended for bio film clean with Doctor Ismal. He was very good and put me at ease. The music in the background was very soothing and induced a calm atmosphere. He was very helpful in explaining the best way of using the tooth brushes and explained the various stages

A couple of days ago, my back tooth started wobbling and the gum in that area was swollen and painful. My regular NHS dentist wasn’t available for a few days but wanted this tooth out! I found Pearl Dental online with good reviews so booked a same-day 4pm appointment. The dentist called me offering an appointment 2 hours earlier, which I accepted. About 45 minutes later, the tooth was out! Great service and worth paying for, especially for something as important as good health.

Dr. Mohammad Ali is an excellent dentist. He has explained to me very well after crating my teeth what are the things wrong with my teeth and the different ways to treat them. He was also very patient in explaining to me what to be done to my teeth and how much it will cost, compassionate, kind and honest. I highly recommend him to anyone who has problem with their teeth as he is very knowledgeable. The dental nurse as well as the receptionist were very helpful too.

Junaid has been absolutely exceptional from start to finish, and I genuinely cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.

I had a really traumatic accident as a child where I broke my two front teeth. I had crowns fitted at just 11 years old, and over the years, as my mouth and face developed, they no longer looked or felt right. Aesthetically, I became really self-conscious about my smile, but I was also incredibly nervous about having the crowns replaced.

From my very first appointment, Junaid took the whole process so seriously. His care, patience and attention to detail have been incredible, and he has worked tirelessly to make sure my new crowns fit my mouth and face perfectly. I felt listened to and supported throughout the entire process, which made such a huge difference given my previous experience.

I honestly have never been happier with my smile. It has completely transformed my confidence, and replacing my crowns is genuinely one of the best decisions I have ever made.
