If we have no free emergency dental appointments, we generally ask patients who are in pain to come, sit and wait, so we can see them as an extra patient.

I visited the practise as an emergency patient in a lot of pain. I am very frightened of going to the dentist however I needn't have worried because the team at Pearl were amazing.

I returned to have a tooth extracted. I had sedation which initially I was worried about. Dr.Munir was very reassuring and talked me through the whole process. I would highly recommend any nervous patient to consider sedation.

The whole team were professional and patient with me. I am neurodivergent and felt respected and considered.

I highly recommend Dr. Francesca to anyone in need of orthodontic treatment. Not only did she do an excellent job with my son's orthodontics, but she also identified an issue with his tongue structure that we hadn't noticed. Thanks to her diagnosis, we were able to address it permanently through speech therapy. We were so impressed with her care and expertise that we've now brought our daughter to her as well.

Visit the clinic due shooting pain at first planing root canal treatment but because it was to closed to the root been told have to extract. I feel in good hands as their have to Dentist Dr treating as they always confirm before making decisions

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From the staff to the equipment, to the cleanliness - it’s all first class. I had to have a back tooth removed after it became infected and proved very painful. Another dentist was unable to remove the tooth due to the complexity, but Dr Mohammed Ali was able to remove the tooth expertly, leading to a great result. I was also able to get an appointment super fast, unlike other clinics who weren’t able to see me for weeks (here I was seen the next day). To Dr Ali, the nurse and all the staff at the practice (especially Anne on reception who was a great support) … thank you!! Another special thanks goes to Dr Ravalia the sedationist, who explained everything clearly to me, and worked his magic so I was unaware of the procedure and felt zero pain. Thanks to all!

I had terrible pain and booked an emergency appointment on a Saturday. I have always felt nervous and afraid about the level of discomfort that I may feel when visiting the dentist. Well I needn’t have worried as I felt relaxed and in control the whole time right from the wonderfully friendly receptionist (Ann) through to the dentist himself (Dr Ismail Sheikh)and the nurse assisting. I felt the tiniest scratch from the needle whilst being numbed and no discomfort as my tooth was removed.What an amazing experience!!
Thoroughly recommend a visit especially if you are a nervous patient as I feel that this practice will help you feel as relaxed as possible.

I cannot rate this dentist highly enough. From the reception staff to the dentists and from first enquiry to appointments and follow-up everything is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and what I love is how well everything is explained . There is also never any pressure to have more treatment than you need.

After waiting for my regular dentist to process a supposed 'emergency' referral for over two months I decided to bite the bullet and come here privately to have a tooth extracted.

I was told initially it was a surgical procedure, however the very experienced dentist managed to get it out without going a surgical route, and gave me a discount as he didn't need to use certain tools. 10/10 for transparency and integrity. Really appreciate that.

I am SO thankful to the team here as they've ended the agony I've been in for months! Whilst I hope I don't have to see them any time soon I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Very professional. Clean clinic and lovely staff. I called up at 3pm for an emergency appointment as a new patient and I was seen at 6pm. The receptionist Anne was extremely helpful and empathetic Unfortunately my tooth could not be saved (the root was fractured) but this was all clearly explained in detail to me. At 8.30pm my tooth was extracted. I didn’t feel any pain and the procedure was completed quickly and efficiently. Overall an extremely good experience.

Dr Izmail was super helpful and finished the molar extraction another dentist could not do in a different practice. He is professional and I am happy about the service. Had an appointment the same day I pohoned(at 9pm!) and the receptionist was polite and friendly. Recommend this practice.
