I called them Saturday morning, after a not being able to sleep all night, due to an infection that manifested suddenly in one my molars.

Anne picked up the phone and she was extremely nice from that call, giving me reassurance and an appointment for a few hours later; up until receiving my wife and myself at the clinic, helping us with the details and farewells.

Dr Ismail Sheikh was also very, very nice and polite; giving a diagnostic, after a quick x-ray, explaining me all options and prices; and not being pushy, at all, with any of those things. I ended up agreeing and after the treatment and some antibiotics, I feel way better.

A really bad moment, made better by a warm and professional staff. Thank you.

It’s not the story of fixing my teeth but the story how Dr. Wasi Haider saved my life and I’m still alive and beautiful (again😂)
I had an infection and heavy tooth abscess under the crown, it was the last day of my English holiday and I’ve spent previous 24 hours in pain and looked like I was bite by million of bees, it was a disaster, like in horror story, I’m in another country where I don’t know anything about medical care, I needed emergency help because I realized I’m in danger I was completely lost
I cant express how I’m grateful to Dr. Wasi Haider and his nurse Chris, they literally saved my life convincing me to extract the tooth, only God knows what could happen the next day after my 6 hours flight and where infection could penetrate…it wasn’t normal tooth extraction, it was hard operation I would say, so they are superheroes doing priceless job and saving their patients’ : teeth, smiles, quality of life and the life itself like in my case
Thank to Pearl Dental Clinic Kingston staff for fast cooperation and help with mails for air company, what helped me to postpone the flight

I was in agony and could not find same day appointment anywhere. This surgery gave me appointment in an hour’s notice and provided me with the best dental treatment. Dr M Ali was very professional and precise with his treatment and explanation.
They have pretty affordable prices as well compared to other private practices.
I think this will be my go to dental practice now. Thank you for relieving my pain.

Good service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because the Dentist forced me to do root canal where in fact I wanted tooth extraction. When I came back for the 2nd stage root canal, he noticed that there is still a lot of infection and he wants me to come back and wait for the antibiotics to work. I told him that I don't want to come back and let's just take it out. After a long discussion with him, I finally convinced him to make the extraction. The procedure was fast and painless. I am recovering fast and it is just 2 days after my operation.

Dr Sheikh was extremely gentle even for a tough molar extraction and careful. I haven’t extracted a tooth for 20 years+ now so was anxious but he explained everything he was doing as he went along. Will be making another appointment to see a hygienist and get a consultation.

Honestly I cannot say how Thankful I am that I found this clinic! A) Anne the receptionist was the best receptionist I ever spoke to in my life. B) Dr. Haider was the best surgeon to pull my wisdom tooth out. He was so gentle and quick. Definitely recommend! Thank you again.

New Years Eve pain in tooth was unbearable and I needed emergency dental care when dentists were shut for holidays...nightmare.

I must say I was very surprised by how quick and easily my wisdom tooth was removed, didn’t feel a thing. I was warned by the risks involved with the procedure and 24 hours later I’m still numb 😂

Wasn’t happy with the way the costs were handled/calculated. But oh well I’d rather have no money than experience dental pain 😉

I was very impressed with Pearl Dental Clinic. I called for an emergency appointment,was seen 4 hours later & knew I needed an extraction, this was yesterday , I have had no pain whatsoever from having my tooth out& put this down to such a great dentist. Am very happy with the treatment I recieved.

Needed urgent attention over Christmas and thank goodness this practice was not only open but also had an excellent team that sorted my problem out. Would not hesitate to recommend this professional and reliable team.

They are absolutely nice, friendly, helpful and professional: since first call until farewell. The doctor who attended me also has an amazing sense of humour, and that's a real plus.
