I had a last minute, same day urgency appointment. Always had a lot of fear for dentist appointments.
Gentle , smiling receptionists. Sent me x-rays after appointments as requested, made calls and txt msg if my Dr was able to see me a bit earlier or for other reasons a bit late.
Dr Muhammad Ali my gentle doctor, explained options to save or just to take it out my tooth. Very professional. Well is normal my choose.... to save it. Made me so comfortable. Under treatment if any concern about this, stopped to work and talked to me. Explained discomfort what I would feel after treatment, so everything as explained after, no more fear.
Also both receptionist and Dr Muhammad Ali with calm and professionalism explained things for new starter worker during my stay.
Highly recommend.

I was in the worst possible pain with a badly positioned wisdom tooth and I got appointment from this clinic super last minute. They are welcoming and so so helpful. The staff at entry is very cooperative. Guided me well with everything. Doctor Ismail did my tooth extraction. He guided me super well with everything and in no time did my extraction which was painless. Super smooth and it was a great experience. I got relived of my pain in minutes. Super professional doctor. Amazing service and results. Highly recommended.

Excellent Clinic, for the following reasons:
- Same day appointment booked online or via tel. Ontime entry to see the dentist without waiting.
- Dentist is friendly, clear & explains every step while he does his work, to me thats important.
- Treatment very smooth & hardely felt any pain.
- Clininc very clean, convientely located, open till 10pm daily
- variety of dentist are available to cover all your dental needs

I visited this practice tonight as an emergency due to having tooth problems, as a nervous patient I was made to feel at ease as soon as I entered. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly.Dr Ali and his assistant were brilliant at calming me down and explained the procedure and costs. It was decided that the tooth needed to be removed and having not had a tooth removed for a very long time without sedation I found the exprience pleasant and actually when the tooth was removed I wasnt aware it had happened.Totally recommended the practice.

This clinic has saved my teeth on several occasions (once when another dentist just wanted to pull one of them out). Today, I was attended by Dr Assan, who administered my first 'deep clean' hygiene appointment in three years. Not was he uber-punctual (none of the usual half-an-hour waiting outside with pre-op nerves building) but also uber-efficient and with a very calming 'bedside manner'. I cannot recommend him - and this clinic - highly enough.

I needed an emergency wisdom tooth remove due to an infection. Dr Ali is superb. Clearly explained the process and what was going to happen and what I needed to do to follow up. I cannot recommend Doctor Ali enough. Exceptional professional service.

I was in a lot of pain and I called Pearl Dental Clinic in emergency around 21.15 after my work and they received me strait a way. The staff were preparing to leave for home but they stayed for me, and I am grateful. Doctor removed my wisdom tooth which was the cause of my pain and gave me medicine to soothe the inflammation. I am recommending this Pearl Clinic to anyone, and I am saying thank you very much to the Doctor and to the Staff.
