Had a emergency issue.rang up got apponext day. They take £49 over the phone. In the end I didn't need emergency treatment and it just made it into a normal checkup and they did free x rays etc has free parking on the side road

I was in pain, of course I researched first on Google and WhatClinic for good reviews before to call first available. Ann on reception was very polite and booked me in on first available slot. I had tooth extraction, Dr Esfahani and his student was very gentle, informing me all the time what follows and ensuring I feel comfortable and I don't feel pain... very smooth extraction. Everyone I met there was nice and polite. The only thing that made me feel strange was non refundable deposit of £49 I paid on the phone to secure my booking, of course was deducted from the total amount after.

I cracked a tooth on Thursday night. I phoned Pearl the next morning
and they gave me an appointment for 9:30 that evening. Brilliant!!!
The lovely and kind Dr Wasi was so gentle and reassuring and fixed my tooth. I will have to have root canal later but I can recommend this lovely
man to even the most nervous patient.

The clinic is friendly and professional. I am a regular patient there, but needed an emergency appointment. I saw a different dentist from my regular one, and found the same excellent care and competence. Additional points for how easy it is to book appointments online - I was able to secure a slot for the following morning, and each day plenty of appointments are left for emergency. A very well-run clinic with patient care at its core.
