Was being passed on by incompetent dentists within the NHS stating i need special surgery .

It's a tooth extraction , most common procedure in dentistry .
The relief was instant , no more facial and jaw pain , no more migraines . Omg , the situation was so traumatic .
I cried of happiness after the procedure as i've lost hope entirely trying to figure out how to live with such constant debilitating pain.

My experience at pearl dental clinic was nice. The doctor was very professional and working with care😊.

My respect for this clinic and its staff, at all levels, is such that I happily travel 2 hours across London to get to each appointment.

The front desk staff are always warm and welcoming, which is a nice start and end to appointments. The dental staff are equally pleasant too. They go the extra mile of talking about the treatment they feel is needed and answering questions. While they are working they are quite prepared to talk about what they are doing.

Dentistry could easily be practitioners simply doing work on a patient. At Pearl their level of professionalism elevates the dental experience to experienced specialists actually engaging with a fellow human being and helping improve their health, confidence and well-being.

The certificates on display at the clinic give reassurance that the dentists are specialists who maintain their professional development. This is further buttressed by their willingness to explain things in language that ordinary people can understand. I feel it is a gift to be able to convey complex concepts in simple terms.

I have had, what to me were, quite involved procedures and can confirm that they were painless with impressive outcomes. When being operated on it is easy to drift away and marvel at the work the team are doing. I am happy to recommend this practice and its staff to anyone.

Started Invisalign treatment under Dr Ehsan. The practice have been amazing since I joined. I can see a a difference in my teeth alignment. The receptionists are very friendly and always willing to assist with enquiries. They are open on Sundays which has been a bonus! Highly recommend!

It was a very satisfying visit. The receptionists were very polite and friendly. The practice is well facilitated with modern technology. In particular the dentist dr Ishmael Sheikh was very experienced and knew exactly what the best treatment I can have. I recommend family friends here .

I saw mr Ali for an emergency extraction and was surprised how easy and quick it was to get an appointment. I’m a very nervous patient but mr Ali was very quick and made the whole experience more or less painless

I spent a long time reading google reviews to find an emergency dentist on a Saturday morning. This surgery had the best reviews and rightly so. It was easy to book online (6am Sat for an 11.30am appt) and there was no waiting when I arrived. You can park right outside but only for 30 mins. Round the corner you can park for longer. The frontage is like a shop and there are sofa's to sit on inside.

The dentist (Dr Mohsen Esfahani) listened to my story and asked me questions. He did a number of tests to work out what the problem was. He was very professional and discussed with me the outcomes of the tests and possible courses of action. He gave me time and I didn't feel at all rushed.

Ultimately I either needed a root canal or extraction. He was reluctant to do root canal because my last filling brought about TMJ (jaw condition). I wasn't sure about an extraction. So he advised me to increase my painkillers and see if the nerves settled with a few more days then revisit my dentist Monday morning. This is what I did and when I saw my dentist I had an extraction.

Whilst I was initially disappointed not to have the situation fixed on the Saturday, the extra time over the weekend enabled me to think about extraction as an option and this made it an easy decision come Monday morning.

The surgery forwarded me copies of my x rays immediately at no charge. The total price was only £89 for the whole service which I think is extremely good value.

The only feedback I would give is that the diagnostics included cold and hot tests which I'd never had before and found extremely stressful. Dr Esfahani didn't really explain what he was doing at this point which would have been helpful. I expect he does these all the time but I found them really nerve wracking! I also felt there wasn't any recognition from the dentist of how anxious I was. I appreciate that everyone's experience is very personal but the receptionist was the only person who asked me if I was alright which is such a small thing but was so appreciated! Thank you.

Overall, I would absolutely use Pearl again in an emergency. It was fast, excellent service and I had confidence in the dentist's advice. Thank you very much for helping me in an emergency!

I had an accident and could get the same day appointment late evening. Staff were really friendly and caring and I am very happy with the filling.

Excellent dentists at this practice.
I saw the Gum specialist Dr Sonum Patel who was excellent .
Dr Wasi Haider was also suberb and the Root canal top specialist is Dr Ehsan Esfahani who completed my complex Root canal .

What a life saver!
I'm writing this just right after I have my wisdom tooth removed. After being referred to another dentist by my local dentist (which would have cost a lot more and waiting a lot longer), I found this clinic and booked a time slot, and I received the treatment straightaway after being shown an x-ray scan.

The treatment went really well, Dr Haider explained the process and cost in detail before doing the treatment, and the wisdom tooth is out after 30 minutes. I still would have been in pain without you guys, thank you!

The staff are very friendly. As a very nervous patient i found the Dentist was very patient and gave advice. He explained what he was going to do as well as told me what he was doing as he carried out the work.
Will be going back... Excellent service.

Amazing doctor, amazing nurse! Dr Ehsan J Esfahani explained everything soo well and was so professional! He and the nurse were patient, caring, and dealt amazingly with my panic attack as well as my treatment. So much love to the nurse too, she was a top lady! Had such horrible experiences with dentists hence the anxiety, but for sure, even though I live an hour away I sure as hell will be back!

Polite & friendly staff and a very understanding & skilled dentist, who took away my pain!
