Dr Wasi Haider is one of the best dentists I’ve come across! He’s highly professional, diligent yet still provides a non judgemental humorous approach to dental care. He did an amazing job on my front teeth, although I live an hour away I will still travel to get his service. Highly recommend!

I have been attending Pearl dental clinic since 2015. I would not go to any other practice. Despite moving out of area I still continue to return. The standard of care and treatment provided is excellent. Dr Syed Wasi Haider is a fantastic dentist, he carried out an extraction for an impacted wisdom tooth, the recovery time was significantly less compared to another wisdom tooth extraction which I had done elsewhere in the past. In addition he has also completed a root canal, which I was told by another practice would need to be done by a specialist. I cannot thank him enough!!

My husband was in a lot of pain with an infection on a tooth and could not get an appointment for several weeks with his own dentist. When I spoke to the receptionist at Pearl Dental Clinic, she was very kind and arranged an emergency appointment for that day. It was a relief to be able to see someone. When he arrived at the dentist, everyone was very courteous and kind and made him feel very relaxed. Unfortunately, he had to have the tooth removed but the dentist was able to do the work there and then and gave him antibiotics for the infection. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone, especially if you get stuck, like we did.

Staff at Pearl Dental Clinic is so friendly and happy . I had to book emergency appointment and got spot the same day . The dentist that I had was really professional and understanding, he listen everything about my problem and resolved it really quickly. Highly recommending

Excellent manners, polite, informative. I had a visit to the hygienist, lovely lady, very thorough, although she mentioned that due to Covid she was unable to perform some part of the cleaning. I also had a free assessment consultation for the appearance of my upper front teeth. Very friendly and all well explained. At the moment I am unable to have what I want done due to a periodontal problem apparently. I am hoping to go back once my problem is looked at by my NHS dentist, as the example of fees from Pearl for the treatment they said I need is complety unaffordable for me. I wish they had been able to repair what I needed, as it is something not permanent, and then advised that alongside I had the NHS treatment. I do appreciate that they spotted this problem and now it can be dealt with. I do recommend this clinic for their professional approach.

I was very impressed with my first visit. Very professional practice, the receptionists are helpful and friendly, the dentist was exceptional, put me at ease and did a lovely job. I booked another visit to see one of their dentists specialised for gum treatment.

I had an excruciating pain on my tooth for couple of days, which was getting stronger by the minute. 111 was unable to book me an emergency appointment- they just prescribe me some antibiotics. After not sleeping for 3 nights in a row, I goggled up a private clinic that would be open on Saturday before Easter and I found the Pearl Clinic with very good revision. I called at lunch time and the receptionist was extremely helpful- she booked me in for 6PM the same day. I have been visited by Dr. Ali, who performed the first stage of a root canal. I found him competent and delicate. Maybe not too much sympathetic. I appreciate that he doesn't know people's background, but at the end of the procedure he told me that my pain threshold was very low and I should work on it. I wasn't very impressed by the comment. He might be right, but I still think is the dentist work- to fix the issue and relieve you from pain- and to make you feel at ease, rather that making you feel uncomfortable. This together with the price asked for the second stage of the Root Canal (£750 which is too high for me) made me look for a different dentist. Nothing to say about the competence - the work was very well done, and I am extremely glad they were opened during bank holiday. They are a blessing in time of emergency. Maybe not for everyone's pockets.

I had a referral from my Dentist to see Dr Mohsen and felt very much at ease with the questions asked and advice given , will be going back after a 3d scan

I had the most SEVERE TOOTHACE I've ever had, and it was only getting worse as I had it managed cope with it for two whole weeks.

I had got myself booked in with my dentist, but because of Covid slowing everything down, I only had an opportunity to go there next week.
I would not have been able to survive that long, I was in so much pain.

I called "Pearl Dental Clinic" after looking them up online via emergency dentist.

I gave them a call and spoke to a lovely lady there.
She let me know that their booking in system is online.

At the time I had to wait 2 days to be seen.
I had a question though, regarding 'WISDOM TOOTH CONSULTATION'.

I NEEDED to know if some work would be carried out,
or if it was just to chat, which she told me, depending on the job I could possible have work done.

She then told me that a slot had open for the very next day.
I quickly went back online and booked it.

Upon getting there I was greeted by the two lovely receptionists. Instructed to sanitize my hands and wait for the GREAT DR. WASI HAIDER and his lovely assistant.

He was calm and cordial individual.
He spoke to me as if I had known him for years.

Customer service is lacking in a lot of places these days, so it an absolute experience being around Dr Haider and his colleagues.

He managed to get me off to a good start by killing the nerve and filling it. Total time about 40 minutes or so.

I am absolutely over the moon and even though they are quite a distance from home, I am willing to make the trip there for a root canal and wisdom tooth removal.

Absolute god send, perfect way to make appointment. You dont need to argue with a receptionist , they are open Sat and Sunday, money does not seem to be their main motivation as they forgot to charge main bill! If you are in pain you have to pay for the service and considering the ease of access its not an over the top charge! Thank God in these times where your NHS dentist has let you down, these people are there! A truly great experience and thank God they are there ! PS they also have antibiotics on site if you need them. Rather than having to beg your NHS dentist to give them, after a second ir third visit. Helps you get back to work straight away.

Great service from the receptionists to the dentist. And a great price on most services

I’ve been a patient here now for around two years. I’ve received both routine dental treatments and cosmetic corrections (including Invisalign) and I’ve always been extremely happy with the friendly service, high clinical standards and results. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent and I am grateful that you could see me, and sort me out at very short notice, at 8:45pm last Saturday night. The out-of-hours services is excellent for normally very busy people like me, and getting immediate attention. The staff who assisted me - front desk, doctor and his assistant were excellent.
