Wasi Haider Is a fantastic dentist, kind and sensitive to my daughter’s anxiety also during the treatment they were very careful when it came to pain management. Very detailed investigation into her tooth care requirements and recommended minimal intervention where needed. Very happy.

It was my first time visiting pearl yesterday and I booked in with Ismail. He was great, explained pricing brilliantly and never missed a thing. I have found Pearl Dental Clinic to be a really good choice. I was given a very early appointment and the treatment was done very professionally. All the staff were very kind and helpful.

Filling fell out of my top molar on Easter Sunday and was delighted to get an appointment on Easter Monday. Very kind and patient dentist who talked me throughly through the procedure of having a crown fitted. Already booked in to have this done quickly on Sunday morning. Second time using this dentists and cannot fault them, lovely receptionist too, very welcoming.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Anne at reception, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She immediately put me at ease with her friendly demeanor—such a lovely person and a great first impression of the practice.

I booked in for a hygienist appointment, my first at this clinic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Dr. Ismail Fadhil. He made me feel completely comfortable right away, which is so important to me. He even upgraded my treatment to airflow, which was a fantastic bonus!

What really stood out was how clearly and patiently he explained every step of the process. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why, and gave me really helpful advice on how to improve my brushing and overall oral care routine. He also provided me with some brush samples, which was such a thoughtful touch.

You can genuinely tell how passionate he is about his work and how much he truly cares about his patients. It made all the difference.

The results were amazing—my teeth felt incredibly clean, the whole procedure was completely pain-free, and I left with so much useful knowledge to maintain my oral health.

I honestly can’t thank him enough. Safe to say, this is officially my new dental practice!

A great relief to know there is a professional available at weekends and Bank Holidays. I saw the dentist today in Kingston upon Thames and he put my mind at rest that I don’t have an infected tooth. The receptionist was charming and all the staff were polite and engaging.
I phoned this afternoon and was given an appointment for 5.30. The atmosphere was calm and efficient, the surgery was super clean. Now I can get on with the rest of the Easter break. I would definitely use them again if I had an emergency. Overall a good experience.
