Pearl Dental Clinic

Wonderful dental surgery and I am so glad to have found it. I attended at the weekend for an emergency root canal. Dr Ali was amazing. I can't talk too soon as its not quite been 24 hours but I am at present pain free! I have yet to finish my treatment but I think i am in capable hands. The receptionist from Belgium, sorry I don't know her name, is so lovely too. Friendly and reassuring she helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend this dental surgery.

I am happy with my treatment. I went to Pearl Dental because of an emergency with a tooth infection. The dentist was professional and made me feel at ease during the tooth extraction treatment I had. Overall I am happy with the treatment and service.

An older neighbour needed emergency dental treatment. They asked us for help in arranging something. A local dentist recommended Pearl. I contacted them and the dentist was able to fit in an emergency visit. Very helpful reception and professional dentist resolved the neighbours problem the same day. Thank you on their behalf.

I am really happy, in general, with my regular dentist... but today xcellent service really had a funny experience: I was charged £20.50 extra for what I signed after seeing my doctors, and after few minutes trying to get an explanation, I did get charged £15 for a toothpaste and £5.50 for a soft brush... after asking for explanation several times, finally this was shown to me. I did say to the receptionist she should inform the patients beforehand, because that was never the agreement I signed before, she said she told me (no, she didn't) and then she offered me to take it back, but I said it was ok, just let know the patients any extra cost before they pay (I honestly thought, innocent me, that was provided by the clinic... I never thought or was told it was a purchase).

The funniest part is, I did ask for receipts and none of the 2 I've got today showed this weird purchase. I am now quite confused, concerned, and thinking I just should give those back straight away and get my refund... but, sometimes is just difficult, isn't it? More if you are confused...

The whole environment is tidy and peaceful. The Doctors, Nurses and other staff members were very amicable and professional. I will recommend that whoever has a dental issue should visit this practice. Thank you for the attention.

My oral hygiene has improved massively after seeing Dr Sonum Patel - I could not recommend Dr Patel more highly - a very experienced periodontist .

Had another excellent visit this morning with Dr. Ali. As always, the whole team were welcoming, helpful and very polite — from reception to the nurses. The clinic runs very smoothly, and I was really pleased with the quality of the work done today. Highly recommended.

Pearl were superb yesterday evening. An emergency developed at about 9pm and they slotted me in immediately (mercifully they are only 15 minutes' drive from me). I saw a dentist and a specialist who rectified the problem (which was postoperative bleeding) and gave me extra advice as to what to do (or not do, more to the point) next. I came away feeling very reassured. Highly recommend.
