As usual my experience was all very positive. I needed to change my appointment and this happened easily over the phone with the excellent reception staff. Necessary forms were sent to me in advance allowing a simple “check in” upon arrival. Rebecca was running ahead of time, was friendly and chatty and explained everything throughout the appointment. I can’t speak highly enough about this practice.

Six month check up with Dr. Tom Elsey
My appointment was at 2 pm, and I arrived early. I was booked in by the receptionist very efficiently and asked to wait upstairs in the waiting area. I was called in very shortly ( must have been at my appointed time). I was seen by Dr. Tom Elsey. This was a six month check up. After he looked at my teeth, as there was a small amount of plaque, he cleaned it off for me. ( I'm glad I wasn't required to book another appointment for this, which took less than five minutes. It was the first time Plaque had to be scraped off. After questions and answers re Plaque, I was asked to make a six month appointment for the next check-up. The receptionist was again very efficient in making a new appointment and taking the payment. I asked for a printed receipt with Dr. Tom Elsey's stamp on it so I may claim some of the cost with my insurer. She was very obliging.
