I phoned asking for an emergency appointment - the receptionist was very understanding and arranged one for me in an hour's time.
My dentist, as always, was very professional and pleasant, explained his diagnosis and sorted the problem.

Efficient appointment
Very welcoming at reception, efficient appointment and all very friendly people. After my appointment there was a very rude man (another patient) speaking to one of the receptionists while I waited to pay, and I really felt for the lady trying to help him but I wanted to say she handled herself well, and you should not have to put up with such rude people!

I woke at 4am with severe toothache. As an existing patient Smile fitted me in by 12.00. Had an x-ray, diagnosis and prescription sorted by 12.20pm. All sorted now, many thanks for a brilliant service.

My checkup with Tom was fine. I need 2 fillings and he was careful to explain why they were required.
Then I went for a scale and polish with Rose. As I explained to her after it was a very painful experience. I have extremely sensitive gums and I couldn’t wait for the session to end.
