I'm a longstanding client of Pearl Smile Sandbach and I'm very upset and disappointed with my recent experience at this practice. Despite being a Denplan member I was not advised by my dentist to see the hygienist for a number of years. Subsequently there was a lot of work required and 4 days later my mouth is still tender and sore. I have yet to muster the courage to make an appointment to have a rough edge removed following a recent filling. This is rubbing on the adjacent cheek.

Very Good

I was in the building less than 8 minutes. I was early for the appointment but went upstairs to wait expecting to have to wait but was called immediately. Saw Mr Hales for perhaps a minute with all clear and having paid left. The briefest efficient experience ever. Very Good.
