Although I had to wait a little longer than usual to be seen, Amar was very informative as to what he was going to do and gave a full explanation to my questions after he had checked that everything was currently comfortable with my teeth and denture.

The practice has recently come under new ownership and we’re in the process of planning a phased refurbishment to modernise the building. Your comments are helpful and mirror areas already on our list—decor (including the stairwell), damp and peeling wallpaper behind reception, and visible cabling/containment. We’ve begun scheduling assessments and upgrades so we can improve both the appearance and patient experience while keeping clinical services running safely.

My dentist is lovely, she and the dental nurse always take an interest in you, they’re caring and professional, never thought that I would go to an appointment relaxed, but with them I have overcome my fear, they’re just brilliant, I would travel the UK to keep my dentist.

This practice is very good
I am pleased with the dental service I receive. I try my best to avoid the dentist chair, as I had some very unpleasant experiences in the past. If you are a very anxious dental patient, this practice is very good and referred me for sedation for tooth extraction. I have been given coping tips on how to manage anxiety by my dentist and also exercises for TMJ to take away. The receptionists are always very nice at the desk and over the phone.
The reminders sent out help ensure no appointments are missed and no delays to treatment.
