Today was a great day, I had a phobia about dentists since from a young age, after my appointment today which was my first appointment in years, I was really surprised that I actually had nothing to worry about, I was treated absolutely fantastic, my dentist explained everything to me, I had several examinations, I was able to ask her many questions about my plan and there was lots of discussion with no rush or timescale to stick towards.
I can not wait for my next appointment, a truly wonderful experience,

Tom, my dentist, and his assistant were very courteous and friendly. Tom answered all of my queries adequately. The receptionists were also polite and prompt with their service. I don't enjoy visiting dentists as it makes me anxious but today I felt much more comfortable and relaxed.

Very little is said during the appointment which I guess is good news! Do I need a hygienist appointment? Are my teeth in good health? Would whitening be an option and a good idea? etc...
