Brilliant response
Emergency appointment after breaking a tooth. Brilliant response from reception and very kind of Peter to fit me in. Sharp edge smoothed off and temporary filling applied, then a convenient appointment made with my usual dentist for a more permanent fix 2 weeks hence. The service and staff couldn't have been better, thank you very much Harbour Dental practice.

Lovely receptionist
Called on the off chance as struggling with severe toothache and migraine. Lovely receptionist listened carefully and arranged for me to see a different dentist to my usual, as mine was not working. Hardly any time waiting, quickly x-rayed and given antibiotics together with a new appointment, after taking the tablets. Could not ask for any more. I have been with the practice since 1982 and have always received a professional service.

Over and beyond expectations
I was treated very well by the receptionist, who looked after me over and beyond expectations. Tom the dentist and the girls who assisted him were all wonderful as I called in to make an appointment and due to the fact they had time to spare attended to my problem with their usual expertise. I visited on 19/8/25 with a broken tooth and a loose filling. I was grateful to be seen the same day, but unfortunately the temporary treatment given was not successful and left me in a worse position than before, with a painful and sore mouth and unable to eat on one side. I was advised that the temporary treatment may last even less than a week. However the earliest follow up appointment to see a dentist was in 5 weeks time which is a very long time to wait with toothache.
I do appreciate that the surgery is very busy, and staff were pleasant, but you have asked for a review and this was my experience on this occasion.
