Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. My dentist is kind, patient and has offered good advice on caring for my teeth. I am grateful that this practice still offers NHS care, as I think it's most important that we are all able to access affordable dental care. I grew up in post-war Britain, in the early days of the NHS, when it was easy to see a doctor or a dentist, and I've been dismayed to see the service under so much pressure in recent times. Hopefully, proper funding will improve the situation from now on.

I have recently through 111 attended due to requiring an extraction( broken tooth ). I’d not used the practice before, in fact it had been a while since I’d had any of my teeth checked anywhere ! So it was with a cautious approach I attended.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing as my actual experience was very good throughout my visit.
I was greeted at reception where my details were taken I was then shown to a seating area, after a few minutes I was asked to enter the dentists room. I was throughout the appointment kept up to speed as to what was happening , checked at every stage if I was ok . After the appointment work had finished the dentist gave me a full run down on what had taken place , handed me literature on what to do should for the next day or so , contact numbers should I have any concerns in the near future. All staff had an attitude of nothing was to much trouble very polite and reassuring. Would recommend this practice.
I’m not sure how long the practice has been in operation , my only observation was that the decor and appearance within the practice could do with a freshen up, that said the actual dental practice rooms were spotlessly clean.
I have been back since and looking forward to visiting again for further work to be carried out. Well done all . In

I attended my hygenist appointment today with Barbara. She was excellent, put me at ease, and provided me with advice on my dental routine.

I needed an emergency appointment and was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the receptionist. I was seen that morning and my dentist explained everything in detail and what needed to be done. I’m extremely anxious when it comes to visits to the dentist, to the point of having panic attacks and being physically sick, but the staff today were very calm and kind and it helped me immensely.

Excellent service, polite staff, made myself and my wife, who has dementia, feel relaxed and the dental work carried out was explained and carried out in a professional manner

The premises both inside and outside requires some investment.

Mr Elsey my dentist was very professional & sincere with my treatment, all completed without any discomfort resulting in a happy smile
