I recently saw Monica for a complex dental issue involving a very large filling and the added complication of permanent retainers from orthodontic treatment. Although only a six-monthly check up, and therefore a brief appointment, everything ran like clockwork. The updated online medical declaration form was easy to use, and now dispenses with the need to sign the form using a mouse, etc. Overall, the visit was relaxed, professional and welcoming.

I've always had excellent experiences with this dental practice, and my recent visit was no exception. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and reassuring. On this occasion, it was noticeably busy when I arrived (a little early), and I had to queue briefly. My appointment ran slightly behind schedule, but nothing out of the ordinary or of any real concern. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and care I receive here.

Everything was good, the receptionists were under pressure though dealing with so many patients. I was spot on on time arriving at the dentist but waited for 15 mins to actually see the dentist, this was ok as I wasnt short of time and had some forms to fill in for the dentist, but for patients who might not have time to spare, who attended it might be frustrating, nurse called me through and apologised for keeping me waiting so I was polite in reply and said it was fine (as I could see they were busy).
