The the only problem was when I received information from you saying would we be coming on the day. I’ve never heard of the company and the first time I considered thinking it was a scam. It would’ve been much better if you had said it was no different to the original name. Due course your people were very good and told me what was going on.

Helpful and professional
Staff are very helpful and professional. The only thing which made it less than perfect was the fact that we needed to climb the stairs. This is a difficulty as I quite like the use they have made of the old house, and it is quite convenient, so on balance, until I can't manage, leave it alone.
