Excellent customer service
Greeted, very friendly and professional, always been good but today it was excellent. I had 2 appointments today which were 4 hours apart, my dentist offered to see me straight after my first appointment which saved me another journey back, this was excellent customer service. Highly recommend Pearl Smile.

We’re sorry to hear you felt the pricing was high. Just to clarify, our hygiene appointments are 30 minutes rather than 20, which allows our clinicians enough time to carry out a thorough clean, provide personalised advice, and ensure the best possible care.
We completely understand that ongoing hygiene care can feel like an investment, so we do offer payment plan options for patients who require more regular visits. These can help spread the cost and make things a bit more manageable.
If you’d ever like to discuss the options available, our team would be more than happy to help. 😊
