During these difficult Covid times getting to see a dentist can prove challenging. I was able to book an appointment for a check up plus review of some treatment I needed and was able to make an appointment OK. On arriving the processes put in place because of Covid restrictions were excellent. The dentist and assistant were friendly and extremely professional. Have a further appointment now booked for some treatment and I am reassured that everything will be handled in a safe way.

I went to Harbour in December 2020. My teeth were moving at the front, and I was afraid I was going to loose one at any moment, and despite me doing what I thought was a decent job of brushing etc., the situation was getting progressively worse. I believed the only option was to take my top teeth out and have dentures. Dr Amit Kotecha wanted to see if he could save the situation, and in just 4-5 sessions of 'gum gardening' I now have good teeth and gums, and am looking forward to a small bridge (the front tooth was unfortunately beyond saving), and a great smile by the end of January 2021.
I had resigned myself to dentures. Whilst this option has been more expensive, I realised it was a great feeling to have saved my own smile, with a little more focused effort on my part.

I had a postponed appointment from last year. On entering the surgery I was asked if I had the test and trace app on my phone which I haven’t. Temperature taken and was asked to sit in a specific chair. I felt safe and had no problems. The surgery is very well equipped to deal with Covid19.

William Elid is a excellent dentist and alway's goes above and beyond to give the best treatment possible. I feel totally confident and comfortable with my dentist and he really does make you feel at ease. I wouldn't go anywhere else highly recommend.
